I ordered a WoodRange battery powered mini-chainsaw on December 2, 2024 on line. They claimed to have them in stock and even gave me a UPS tracking number. When tracked it said UPS had not received the package for almost three weeks. I made several calls asking to cancel the shipment and refund my money and they refused to honor my request. The website has shown that they have 58 units in stock for weeks but they haven't shipped anything?? Beware of this company, I believe they are attempting to scam customers.
