I ordered 2 pairs of UGG Tasman slippers. When I contacted the company and brought to their attention they were not abiding by their own shipping policies, they blamed the holidays for the reason why I still have not gotten my items. It had been 2 1/2 weeks since I ordered them on 11/26.
