Description

Purchasing United Airline Tickets on-line when Jacob Miller from Skyline Travel Agency called my cell phone to say he can help me with this purchase. Mr. Miller assisted me with choosing my flight itinerary/issue a confirmation number and payment via credit card. I printed out 3 documents emailed to me by Mr. Miller which included flight itinerary, confirmation number, payment receipt, total charge, info related to tickets, disclaimer and number for any Queries. The 2 other documents, one listed flight itinerary for Departure/Arrival for Departure day, 12/13/24 and then Arrival day, 12/16/24. 3rd document listed flight itinerary for 2/13/24 only. Day before my flight, 12/2/24, I checked my computer for info from Skyline Travel Agency and to print out boarding passes. No entries noted. I called the 800 number listed on my documents and talked to Jacob Miller to inquire why no updated info or printing out boarding passes. I was told by Mr. Miller due to Holiday travel sometimes info is delayed. Mr. Miller then said he will email me boarding passes now. I waited 30min, then checked my computer and no email. I called Mr. Miller and he said he was waiting for United Airlines to call him my boarding passes and will email them to me as soon as he received them. He then instructed me if United Airlines did not call him my boarding passes, I can go to counter @ United airlines @ airport, present my confirmation number and they can print me out boarding passes. Next morning I checked my computer before leaving for the airport and no email received from Mr. Miller. Upon arriving @ the United Airlines counter and entering the confirmation number issued to me, no purchase of United Airline tickets found under my name or the confirmation number. 2 employees @ United Airline counter search for 30 + minutes to find my United Airline tickets. None found. I had to purchase new tickets (@ inflated price) and missed our original flight.
