Purchased what I thought was a unique and nostalgic Super Nintendo ornament that appeared to be well crafted and detailed plastic, with light up buttons, and played music. I did not receive what was featured in the ad. I received a 3D printed hunk of plastic that was spray painted gray with half painted buttons that did not light up or play music. The details were messy and one of the two ornaments I received was smashed due to the poor packing. The merchant made me purchase insurance for $2. I was offered a 70% refund or to pay $20 (out of my own pocket) to return the merch. These ornaments were around $25/each normal price. After doing some further research, I believe they used the Hallmark ornaments to advertise for this cheap knockoff product.
