Description
I ordered a $57 hoodie from “Superstarz US” online website on November 9, 2024 for a Christmas gift. The website gives a 2-4 week delivery time. The order status has yet to change from “order placed.” I have emailed, called, left voicemails, etc. with NO response, yet I’m getting random “we haven’t heard from you, come shop” emails. The phone number I have been calling is (803) 530-6228, and the email address is [email protected], both of which are listed in their website www.Superstarzus.com. There is also an address listed on the automated emails I get from them: 320 Harbison Blvd suite b, Columbia, United States, 29212. I looked it up, and it’s a Staples in Columbia, SC. I called them, and they confirmed it is a small owned business, and they do use them to ship out, but they couldn’t tell me anything else. I went as far as finding the owner’s name with the Secretary of State in South Carolina and found the guy on Facebook and sent him a message there trying to get an update. He has not responded. His Facebook profile has the same Superstarz US logo that is on their website.
