Description

I had been seeing these beanies for a while online and I decided to buy the official one so I went to the website and when I purchased the item, everything went fine. The item came extremely fast, but when the beanie arrived, it was frayed and the material was awful! there was seams coming out of the hat and strings so I took pictures and I responded back to the seller on Instagram and I even sent them an email I sent messages multiple times and it took them four weeks to respond back to me And when I respond it back to them and I told them that I opened a dispute with my bank because my item I received was damaged and I show pictures of the damaged beanie inside of the packaging before I ever took it out they told me that they wouldn’t be able to do anything about it and that They would offer me a free beanie instead of returning my money back to me I was very disappointed with this outcome and this morning I get an email from my bank saying that they sided with the seller and the seller told them that the customer was responsible for the damages. how can I be responsible for damages when I didn’t do anything to the packaging the item arrived in horrible condition. The beanie was very stiff as well! It wasn’t stretchy or comfortable at all! The material was awful. Unfortunately, I’m not the only one with these experiences either I’ve seen people calling this company out on Instagram and on YouTube as well and I wish I would’ve seen the reviews before I purchased from them because they have awful customer service. They don’t respond back and if they do respond back, it takes weeks or months. I’ve seen some people in the comments say that they’ve never even received their items and yet they still have their money even when they open a dispute with the bank the bank always sided with them. Even on their website, they say no refunds, but if the item isn’t up to quality standards, I should be able to receive my money back. I wouldn’t recommend anyone shopping with this company. Their name is MeaCulpa.co on Instagram! They’ll never respond unless you call them out.
