The company is Mediarati LLC DBA breezeedo, Filing number 2020-000948605. Breeze pet collar; They also advertise as Dr. Buzz Vet on facebook ads and under several other assumed names. Facebook: @breezeedoo Instagram: @breezeedoo Other email addresses used are: [email protected]; [email protected] and [email protected]. My purchase was from a facebook ad but they also advertise on instagram. And probably Amazon and Ebay. They are selling flea collars and other various “natural products” for pets. They offered a 30 day free trial to try their flea collar with free shipping and returns. I placed 2 different orders. I received one cat collar and began using it. I thought that it might be working in the first few days so I placed another order for my other pets. I quickly realized that the collar was not working at all and I emailed them asking for return labels at exactly the two week mark (completely within the 30 day free trial period). I told them that I would be returning the other order which included 3 collars completely unopened plus the one that I had tried. They basically gave me the runaround emailing back with their "return policy" that was completely different from the ad saying that I was responsible for the return shipping. I sent other emails with a screenshot attached of their own ad on their website which showed that they would refund 100% with no questions asked with free shipping and returns within a 30 day trial period. On the 4th email that I sent as basically a last chance letter, they emailed me saying that they could only give me an 80% partial refund on the one that I had opened and still no return labels!!! They completely ignored the terms of their own ad!!! Not only would they not refund at 100% after a trial use but they were forcing me to return them at my own expense. Also, I would like to state that this is just a hard plastic collar without even a breakaway feature that would actually put a cat in danger. There is no way that this piece of hard plastic does anything at all!!! They are scamming the public with this fake product. They are a SCAM COMPANY; SELLING A FAKE PRODUCT that DOES NOT WORK; It actually puts a cat in danger AND THEY DO NOT STAND BY THE RETURN POICY LISTED IN THEIR AD AT ALL!!!
