As soon as I became an RCI member they contacted me to pursue my investment. They never offered a refund. And you never speak with the same person twice even with the same number. On top of that they called from so many Florida cities. Even they are based i ATL. They cared about my timeshare property name and when. I didn’t remember the name, they said it didn’t matter. Then found it and they put that info in. Plus they did not advertise what they asked for and divulged in that first call. They did t not seem to care that I didn’t even set up my RCI account yet. NOR did RCI ever confirm my purchase from them. I never has access to my property, although they tirelessly tell you, it’s your and they have no ownership over it. No receipt, no refund. Just words. Then when offers (one) rolled it, during a supposedly high valued time period. I was told to ask my hotel for availability, told no weeks were showing, no account! I called Global Resort Vacations back upset, feeling the world crashing down around me, and was calmly finessed with the proper set of words to be used with my professional company that we DO KNOW exist, and was stopped at the gate! Saying they do not operate as such, and was informed someone asked about the same dates, not 10 minutes before me, and that I was indeed being scammed, and to stop communication with them.
