I ordered an Emerald Green Velvet suit set. Blazer and pants together. The material is terrible quality and the sizing is not correct. The inseam does not match what it says on their website and the waist and pant length aren’t proportionate. I received it on 12/09/2024 and have been emailing them to start the return and refund process according to their return policy on their website. On their website it states, “Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Please note that overdue requests may not be accepted.” they are closed on weekends and I am coming up on the 7 days but every email I have sent to request a return and shipping label, they have been beating around the bush to stall time.
