Description

Thought I was booking through Hilton directly from a pop up window that appeared when I was looking. I booked a room, received a confirmation but a few minutes later, I received another e-mail stating that I cancelled the reservation. I did not. I called in to the number and was told there is a "no refund" policy and they would not refund my money or reinstate my reservation. I am out the cost of the room and still have no where to stay. I have called Hilton directly, and they can not reinstate my reservation and suggested that the third party call Hilton directly and ask for a refund. When I called the third party vendor again, they informed me they would not do that, and then hung up on me. I have tried multiple times to rectify this and always am met with someone who doesn't speak English or is very hard to understand and all of them are unwilling to rectify this.
