Litfad is a SCAM! Litfad publishes false advertisements online, using high-quality images and perfect descriptions to sell products at high prices. However, what they deliver to customers are useless, poor-quality items with no product manuals or quality inspection reports. They insist they sent the correct items, refuse to take responsibility for quality issues, and deny refunds or returns. They are complete scammers! I purchased a stone-top dining table and six dining chairs from their website, Litfad.com. After waiting nearly 2 months, I only received the chairs. When I opened the shabby packaging, I was shocked. I have never seen such terrible quality. The chair frames were made of flimsy, poorly welded iron sheets, covered in rust. The upper part was wrapped in cheap faux leather with no filling or support inside. The entire chair is a significant safety hazard. December 5th 2024 at 9pm, they delivered the stone top dining table, drop off 2 parcel boxes and gone, they don’t let me do inspections because they are just a delivery company. Then I opened one of the small box to find out 4 pieces of wood in very light weight, and 2 pieces are broken. Some large wooden surface is moldy and roughly made and splintery. Also there is no assembly instructions no screws.
