Description

I ordered a dress via an IG ad. After a month, I still had not received the merchandise. I reached to the company to inquire. They apologized and ensured me the product would arrive as soon as possible. It did. However, the product did not come with a return label and I wanted to return the item. I reached out to the company and they gave me the run around about how the dress was shipped from their warehouse in France and offered me the opportunity to exchange the product. After several emails of me insisting they provide me with a return label and a refund, they stopped communicating with me. I also informed them that I knew their warehouse was not in France. The phone numbers on the website and my bank statement were both bogus. I reached out to my bank, filed a fraud claim, and was able to secure my refund. This company is a fraud. I would not recommend.
