Contacted a Russian Blue kitten breeder Sarah's Cattery by email. Sarah got back to me saying that they had no kittens available, but provided me email and contact for a Mike (Michael Foster) in North Dakota who she got her kittens from. She stated to let him know that I wanted a kitten for pet purposes, not breeding purposes. I emailed him and texted him and we finally agreed on a kitten. I Zelled him $700 for the pet and shipping. Mega Pets Ways contacted me by email and phone call and said they would ship her out and I would get her same day. They then sent me another email saying I needed to use a thermal crate because the one she was dropped off in wasn't big enough. They said they would refund me 98% back once she was dropped off. I Zelled them but it was declined. I tried Paypal and that didn't work. They told me to get Walmart Money Cards and send them pictures of receipt and front and back of cards. Once this was sent, I basically didn't hear back from Mega Pets Ways nor the breeder Michael Foster and haven't gotten the kitten.
