I purchased a mug that was supposed to be made of rock (crystal) and was very beautiful on the video. Shipping was supposed to take 7-10 business days. It took over 2 mos and appeared to come from Spain. It arrived in a box with the styrafoam insert and was packed very well. The box showed no signs of damage. When I opened it the handle was broken into 3 pieces and the mug was clearly made of plastic and not even close to what was advertised. When I emailed the company for a refund they initially wanted to replace the mug and I declined saying I wanted a refund, then they offered $7 when I paid $33 plus shipping. I said that was not acceptable and they offered $11 and I have also said that is not acceptable when I paid $33 and it was broken. They then said I would have to send the mug back to China and it would be very costly since I would have to pay shipping. So I don't actually know where this company is from and I believe the whole business to be a scam.
