Offered a position as a customer Service Representative. Spent a week and a half being given tasks; researching companies, returning email correspondence, calling existing customer for feedback on a job. Was informed after tasks completed that salary would be paid one month after the end of tasks and training. Monday, December 2, was told by Nicholas Haynes the supervisor that management was very satisfied with my performance and offered to promote me to Sales Director responsible for opening a new office. Create Evolution had me speak with Andrew Lipsky, HR Manager; who told me if I took the position I would be responsible for all permits and budgeting for the office, and be the only company employee responsible. I was initially interested but found out that this would be a franchise office location, I informed Nicholas that I wanted to remain in the Customer Service Representative position instead. Nicholas seemed very annoyed that I had changed my mind about the position and told me that he had to speak to HR and would contact me the next day about job duties moving forward. The next morning, Tuesday, December 3, I was unable to access my corporate email or work board for assigned tasks and all other company functions. I was terminated without cause and feel that Create Evolution is running scams on interested candidates to have them work for free and become franchise owners.
