Sister called customer service number for Ticketmaster because she was having issues transferring tickets for a concert which occur.rs today An individual had her download app veskin and purchase a giftcard for the amount of the ticket sales. They attempted to have her grant them access to her phone so that they could get the gift card information, stating that they wanted to verify that the funds were on the card so that they could refund her the money and then refund her the ticket amount as well. Sister denied to give them phone access and hung up.
