My Sister received a voice mail from someone at Sullivan and Associates stating immediate action concerning a case brought to their attention, regarding debt collection. When I called the number, a man told me there was an outstanding credit card (Citibank Visa) and gave me the last 4 digits of the card number, 9300. They then told me the last 4 digits of my SS# and told me that I had refused to pay the credit-card. When I started explaining to this person that I had no outstanding balances nor had ever had a Citibank Visa, I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up and called back and was not able to reach anyone.
