It was placed back in September, and i have het to receive it. The 'support.best' people continue to ask me to be patient, telling me that the order is on the way.and that they have contacted logistics for re delivery. They have refused to issue a refund, but I have several emails from the support.best people telling me to "be patient" ant that the order is on the way. Very frustrating. When I went to check on a phone number, the page was not found, and the same was true for any other contact information. I would like a refund but am seeing that this may not be possible.
