Description
I ordered a subscription box from this service after doing a lower-cost trial. I received the first 2 (of 6) boxes and then nothing. When I tried to contact them about the remaining boxes, several pages of their website were showing 'page not found' and there was no way to contact them except for an email address, which I emailed several times and never received a reply from. I removed my card from the account, canceled my subscription, and figured I'd just write it off as a loss. And then they charged me again, even though I did not authorize the second charge, and it was a bogus charge for a "digital datebox" which I did not order or access in any way. When I tried to log in again to see how I can completely cancel any association with them, their whole site has disappeared. This is definitely fraud.
