I am a social media user who frequently uses SocialPlug to purchase likes and views. However, my recent experiences with their services have been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Lately, every time I purchase views, they either delay rendering the services or fail to deliver the full amount I paid for. For example, if I pay for 50 views, they often provide only a fraction, such as 5 views, and I have to argue with them repeatedly to get what I paid for. A few days ago, I made a payment of $17 for 50 views over a 5-hour period. However, I only received 5 views during that time. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, SocialPlug refused to acknowledge the problem. They insisted the full views were delivered, even though I clearly did not receive them. This issue disrupted my live session, forcing me to end it an hour early due to the lack of engagement. Their refusal to refund my money or provide the service I paid for is unacceptable. Their actions have wasted my time, money, and effort. At this point, I feel I have no choice but to report this company to the Better Business Bureau. SocialPlug is failing to deliver on their promises, taking money without providing the agreed services, and refusing to address legitimate customer concerns. I urge others to think twice before using their services.
