I was shopping for an Owala water bottle. I Googled it and the website owalacanada.com came up. I ordered through the site, using my credit card. I was sent a confirmation and tracking information by email from this website: https://www.feierbrigade I used the link sent to me to track shipment which seemed like it was coming from China. After almost a month, it indicated that the item had been delivered, but I never received it. The only way to contact the business was through the website using a form, which I filled out. No response. I did some research and found that others have had bad experiences with the site, and that it isn't a legit Owala site. (I've since made a claim through my credit card and have been reimbursed).
