The company markets hand-painted bottles of pets on their website, you send in pictures of your animals and they send back empty alcohol bottles with these beautiful portraits of your pets for you to fill yourself and give as gifts. In the description on the website it specifically states "The artist will recreate your pet's likeness in vibrant colors and intricate detail" it also states "if you don't have a positive experience for any reason contact us and we will make sure that all your concerns are addressed and you leave 100% satisfied." I purchased 2 bottles, paid extra for 2 pets on each bottle, had to pay extra for a custom fee, each bottle costing me about 40$. When they arrived I was appalled by what I saw. They look NOTHING like what was advertised on the website. They essentially printed out a tiny sticker of the exact picture I sent and slapped it on the bottle, and it's a grainy picture with a white outline. I could have printed a better sticker myself. It's so bad I am embarrassed to gift it and won't be doing so, so I'm out the 80+$ I spent. I immediately took pictures of what the website advertised and what I received and wrote in to customer service per their policy, they offered me a 10% refund, I simply asked them to either send me what was advertised or for a full refund and I would return the bottles. They countered with a 20% refund. I am not satisfied with either option as that leaves me with a total loss of funds. I quickly found some reviews on social media from other customers with the exact same experience as me. It sounds like this company is actively scamming customers out of what they think they are purchasing and then keeping all of their money.
