Hello, I am sending you the details of a purchase I made online. *** ****** ** * ******* ******* ***** ** ******** *** ** **** ************* *** * **** ********* ** ***** ** **********. On November 8, I ordered a Christmas wreath from Hervns website. Pic 001 The wreath is 20 x 20". Pic 002 ON November 22, I received the wreath. The wreath I received is 10 x 10" and nothing like the one advertised. Pic 003. I wrote the company and expressed my disappointment with the purchase, requesting a full refund. Pic 004 They responded with an offer to refund me 15%. Pic 005 I responded back requesting a 50% refund. Pic 006 They offered me 25%, which I reluctantly accepted. Pic 007 I had paid through Paypal (Pic008) and received my refund November 26 (Pic 009). I am sure you will agree this is clearly Bait and Switch. ** *** **** *** *************** ** *** * *** **** ****** ***** **** ******** * *** * ****** *** ************ The company I paid to was MAOCONG CO., LTD.
