Description
The scammers sold me a product and stated that it would be received between November 7 and November 30, 2024. Around November 15th I checked on the progress using the order number. The website said the Item was "Delayed" and in "Customs Hold". The delivery date was the same as what I was told and at the bottom, the screen said this: "We're sorry for the delay, but don't worry, it will be delivered as soon as possible". I contacted their customer service department asking about when the item would clear customs and was told that it wasn't their responsibility to do that. It is the customer that must contact customs and work to get it cleared. When I pushed back they became very unfriendly and after exchanging several emails they refunded my money. Because of all the trouble I have had with this company, I went to my bank and disputed the charge. I don't feel like I trust what they say.
