ordered 2 crystal mineral cups...paid with credit card...they said it was delivered so i went to check the same day there was nothing there ...went the next day still nothing...so checked with Canada Post said it has not been delivered to Canada or they didnt send proper tracking number....ive been getting the run around from this company i even was willing to accept a lower price for a refund ...still i have not received anything no mugs no refund...i have kept all the emails here they do not give out a phone number ty debra brafford
