Description

I purchased an airfare ticket with Kissandfly from the results provided by Google Flight search engine. The airfare ticket was never received and Kissandfly excused was that the airline cancel the transaction because price was too low. I check CIBC visa vendor info and I called the phone # which was responded by someone claiming to be of a Health Provider in Estonia. I spoke with CIBC visa and they told me not to worry because there was a credit on the charges pending to be processed and to wait a few days but one week later the credit never went through and the charges confirmed. I have disputed with CIBC visa and they say to wait 30 days for investigation. I bought the ticket directly from an airline but I lost the Kissandfly or Kiss&fly visa charge
