On November 9, I placed an order for a pair of fleece tights. It arrived on November 14th. On November 16, after trying them on, I made the decision that it was very low quality and not fully lined. I emailed the seller and indicated that I would like to return them. On November 16th, they emailed me offering an exchange, and I indicated that I would like to have a refund. After that, no matter how many emails or messages in Instagram or Facebook I have sent, Noosh never responded. Upon further research, I figured out that there are a lot of unsatisfied customers who are trying to reach Noosh's customer support with no luck.
