Description
I signed a contract with NXT Level Homes, in May 2024, sales advocate was not able to provide a copy of the contract. I received an invoice with a different company name GOODLEAP, which was to my surprise cause I never signed a contract with them. NXT LEVEL HOMES, promised once I signed the contract, will get reimbursed a total of $14,900.00, within 30 days at the latest. When NXT LEVEL HOMES, installed the solars on my roof, they had to cut off a branch that caused damage to the edge of my roof, and days later my roof started squeaking and causing movement and damage to my roof. I now have leaks every time it rains or on bad storm days. I reached out to GOODLEAP, and they have no answers about the damage or want to be responsible all they are concerned is about the loan that is increasing every day with interest. I advised GOODLEAP, that they need to reach out to NXT LEVEL HOMES, to fix the damages. I am not making any payments to a company I never signed with. They have harassed me while at work. I would like for the salesperson to reach out to me to correct my roof since solar panels are causing too much damage to the roof.
