This company who is called "Avidity Biosciences" targeted my sister. They reached out to her about a job opportunity for data entry, she spoke with them via email, teams, and text where they eventually sent her a check to deposit for the "equipment" that would be needed to fulfil the job requirements. My sister deposited the check and spoke with a banker thereafter. They forwarded her account to the fraud department and advised her account would be closed out next month. The emails that were used: [email protected] & [email protected] I just want to make other people aware of this job scam. Also, after doing some investigation, I see where this fraudulent company has changed the first part of their name and keeping "Biosciences" at the end
