This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I saw their ad on Instagram and ordered the item, I received a confirmation email. A month after placing the order the status still said "confirmed," I reached out to ensure it had been shipped. I proceeded to email the support email on their website 3 times and never heard back. I have since found YouTube videos and Reddit posts detailing other people's similar experiences with paying for the item and never receiving the item they paid for. Their Instagram appears to now be deleted or missing.
