Misleading "Worry-Free Return Policy" and Hidden International Return Fees Details of Complaint: I made a purchase fromPInkLaura/Shop530, an online retailer. The company prominently advertised a “worry-free return policy,” leading me to believe that returns would be straightforward and without unexpected expenses. The four shirts did not match the visual quality of the online add, were poorly stitched, see-through, too short of sleeves - unwearable! However, upon requesting a return, I was informed that the only return option requires shipping the product internationally to China at my own expense, totaling nearly the same amoun tas the original purchase price. At no point during the purchase process did the company disclose that returns would require international shipping, nor that such shipping costs would be the customer's responsibility. Furthermore, the website gives the impression of a U.S.-based operation, with distribution appearing to be domestic. This lack of transparency in their return policy misleads customers, creating an undue financial burden. I contacted customer service multiple times to request a full refund without the requirement of costly international return shipping, as the product’s cost was only $80, and the return shipping cost is nearly $60. Each time, I was offered only partial refunds (ranging from 10% to 35%) or told that a full refund could be issued only after returning the product to China at my own expense. The responses repeatedly disregarded my request for a fair resolution in line with their advertised policy. I am seeking a full refund of $80, without the need for international return shipping fees, as a fair and reasonable resolution to this matter. Desired Resolution: Full refund of $80 without incurring international shipping costs. Thank you for your assistance in addressing this misleading practice. ********** ***** ********
