I placed an order on 10/29/24, got a confirmation email that said I would be getting another email with tracking information. One week later my order still had not shipped out. I contacted support and was told “it takes a few days” to ship out. It had already been a week passed, so I requested a cancellation for my order. Now customer support is not responding to me.
