An instagram ad offered a love language test. To receive results, credit card information was required so I entered my Apple Pay info and received the welcome email to the subscription, which I planned to cancel immediately. I was charged $1.99 immediately, which I accepted, and planned to cancel before the $19.99 monthly fee started a week later. I followed the directions on the site to cancel my subscription which included chatting online with a “chat bot.” The chat bot continues to report that you will receive a code on your email to cancel the subscription but it never arrives. I verified my email address so that is not the issue. I contacted the only email address available twice and did not receive a reply. I was charged the $19.99 fee a week later and disputed the charge via Apple Pay. This subscription doesn’t show up under my Apple subscriptions and I did not receive an Apple Pay receipt via email. This service makes it impossible to cancel the subscription, and they continue to charge reoccurring payments.
