Ordered bras for larger breast, should have known not a legit site when bra sizes are not in traditional bra format. Took a while to recieve the bras due to them being shipped straight from Chinese factory. Bras did not fit correctly so I contacted customer service. They (Ruthie from Forlest) made it very hard to return my order and kept trying to encourage me to try other bras and do an exchange, even told me I could keep what I purchased and have new styles sent. It took several back and forths with Ruthie/Forlest to finally get a return address. Now I am waiting for a refund and it has been 2 weeks since my return was delivered to their NJ address and I still have no return. I contacted Forlest again and I got some attitude in the response. I am now reporting Forlest Bras here to make others aware that this is a very scammy, poorly managed company. I also plan to contact my bank as I want my money back.
