The online product was a video that purported to teach me how to set up an online business. The video was supposed to contain six "modules". It stopped working after module 4 and I could not complete it. I asked for a refund. The company ignored my request until after their 60-day refund period had expired. Then they told me I was too late to get a refund, even though I requested one just two weeks after buying it, and after I told them their video was broken. They sold me a defective product, ignored my requests for a refund, and have not dealt with the issues.
