The story on the website seemed very legit . I am beyond angry I was sucked in. There was a pic of an older woman and her husband -supposedly “Grace”. She told the story of having spent the last 34 yrs making handmade , high end leather -bags ! Each bag was touched by Grace’s hand and she has a small home shop that sadly , she needed to now close . But after 34 yrs she was marking her inventory way down so she could shut her doors . Again, the bags shown were beautiful-high quality leather bags . What was posted in two different places :(1) one said “hassle free returns “. (2) the 2nd said ( which I did not see until after my purchase was made ), that they had a warehouse in Asia and the return shipping feea were so high , so they would do exchanges . Obviously, had I seen this the first time I would NEVER have made the purchase . Because first your saying some small little at home business , then your referencing Asia as your warehouse …I don’t think so . Anyway , I received my purchase , that oddly did loosely resemble the picture …the problem was it was a complete piece of plastic trash ! The lining that was supposed to be micro suede and again -the leather on this bag was stated to be of the highest quality-was no more leather than a piece of grass ! The lining was some materiel that felt like paper -it smelled horrific and I know if you bent the interior enough it would rip in about 10 seconds . This was purchased as a gift -I was so upset -I usually do a deeper dive …but I got sucked in w the “story “ . When I sent an email to the support email it came back as mailer demon .
