Do. Not. Order. From. This. Company. First, there is absolutely no information about the company on its website, no address, phone number, nothing. There is a support email which only sends out cookie cutter email, with no contact person's name or phone number. I ordered one of their weighted blankets for $60.00. When it arrived, it 1) did not match the picture or video that was on the website, 2) the material actually shredded; you could pull it apart and 3) it smelled and 4) it was not weighted. There was no material tag on this piece of crap; it was supposed to be cotton but felt like and smelled like some sort of chemical thread material. The knit was so loose that I could put my foot through one of the large holes. Returns? Good luck. First, you have to pay to return, second, because it was so tightly packed in the bag in came in, I had to rip that apart so I could not return it in its original packaging. Which meant, 3) that I would have to find a very large bag to return it to them. I decided to take the hit and loose the cash, throwing the blanket in the trash. Caution. Be sure to review the company's website contact information (do they have a phone number for customer service), do they provide good tracking information, review their return policy; there is so many companies on-line that are shady and this is one of them.
