They advertise that you can become an ambassador for the company and that your first box is free other than $9.99 shipping fee. I paid for that and never received the first jewelry box. I then got a notification that $14.99 was taken out of my account because they automatically sign you up for the subscription. I emailed them trying to cancel the $14.99 box because the email I received said the order was still processing. They then told me that they cannot cancel the order or refund me any of the money. They are a pyramid scheme. They try to get people to become ambassadors then keep charging your card for a subscription you didn’t sign up for then will make you pay for a course to fully become an ambassador
