Description
Instagram ad for Hardaddy shirts on sale. Selected shirts and paid with a credit card. Got an email confirmation and tracking #. Sent me a link to a website tracker: https://www.track718.com/en/detail?nums=SYGJ202428039CN. After a month, the tracking website claims that the order was delivered (which it wasn't). Reached out to customer service and explained the order wasn't delivered, and they said they would send another order. They gave me a new tracking # and a different tracking website: https://www.618track.com/index/tracknumber/index?nos=C2S89604471CN. I asked who they use as their carrier and they could not provide the details. After 11 days, website said order was delivered (which it wasn't).
