THE WEBSITE I ORDER A HALLOWEEN COSTUME FOR MY CHILD ON 10/9/24 THE TOOK THE PAYMENT FROM MY BANK ACCOUT 10/11/24. Juniorhaul.com stated I will receive package 10/16/24 latest 10/21. I did not receive package. I contacted them 2x by email because they do not have a telephone number for customer service. They said I order item on 10/20/24 which is a lie. They gave me an invalid tracking number as well. I have screenshots of it still being "processed" on 10/11/24 with an order date of 10/9/24 from their website.
