I contacted them initially online to get property values & information. I DID NOT sign up for a monthly service but apparently WAS signed up for their monthly service. This month, I noticed a charge on my credit card for $20 to propertyrecs.com...so I checked, and they've done the same charge the past 3 months. I called them at 855-719-6899 and their represented ANSWERED my call by SAYING "Are you calling to cancel your account?" I said YES, she asked for my email address, first and last name THEN said "Your account is cancelled...the $20 charge reversed...you will get an email confirmation in 3-5 business days." Then she hung up. The call lasted LESS than 1 minute.
