Identified himself as Taylor Thomas. When calling the 1800 number, a California number beeps in +1 (949) 889-0003. Taylor gets an attitude when you ask questions the name of the company and can’t provide a company name. He tells you your account is red flagged because they never received the payment and we are past the respond by date but we can pay the $195.00 to get the account up to date then $286 every month for 18 months to have the coverage. When I called the California number back out of curiosity to know who was beeping in, Taylor Thomas answered right away again and I asked him to clarify the name of the company he attempted to redirect the conversation and advised if I don’t have questions about the letter itself there was nothing he would help me with. When I called him out on being a scammer he opted to end the call.
