Scam information

Description

I ordered a product on their website and received it within a month. About a month later I had a $99 charge on my credit card from the company stunning after 40. I emailed them protesting the unauthorized charge of the $99. They replied that it was a digital product that was ordered by me (which it was not because I never ordered this. I have no receipt and nothing saying that I received this digital product.) I sent another email and said I have never received anything about this product and I asked them to refund me the $99. They replied, since the order was already processed. They were unable to refund me the $99. They also said they would cancel the subscription and I wouldn’t be billed any more in the future. Never was I told that I was enrolled in a subscription for a product. I wanted to talk to someone in person, but their phone just rings and rings. Very frustrating that they’re getting away with this.
