I was led to believe that I was purchasing genuine Comfort Colors t-shirts with custom designs from a "small family-owned business". This product was then shipped out from China with some shipping carrier I did not recognize. It took 2 weeks for these shirts to be delivered to me and I immediately recognized they were not the shirts they were advertised to be. I own many Comfort Colors t-shirts I have purchased from legitimate resellers at events and the shirts I received from ShawnCraft were of obviously lower quality and were fake, despite the tag on them saying they were comfort colors shirts. The font on the tag didn't even match the tags of the dozen other Comfort Colors shirts I own. Upon notifying the merchant that I received fake goods, they advised me not to return them because shipping them to the return warehouse in China would be expensive and I would have to pay for it, and they would only refund me after they received the goods back. They instead offered to refund only $10 as a "we are sorry".
