This “sneaker store” based in Germany entices buyers with a $12 membership which grants them “access” to extremely limited and otherwise expensive sneaker at a fraction of the cost. I bought two pairs. They state a 5-25 business day shipping time. They “shipped” my order 3 days before the 25 day period and the tracking had not updated since, and I’ve yet to receive my shoes. Their WhatsApp customer support (+49 1575 8203815) urged me not to cancel my membership, claimed they’d reimburse me for the week I asked for the cancellation (I have not received the refund) and then told me I’d receive the shoes in a week. A week later, I asked for a refund which they are “now in the process of doing”. Of course I haven’t received it. I’m going to file a dispute with my bank within the next week of writing this. They have “success stories” on their instagram. I spoke to one of them and they told me how it took months to get their order. Even then, those supposed success stories are few. Their trustpilot is a sham as well. They constantly delete negative reviews. I have a screenshot of one they deleted. I, and other reviewer (removed from trustpilot), shared the same idea though, this is a definitely a Ponzi scheme.
