We first came upon the business by looking up dispensaries near me that were still open. We found one where we could do an online pickup, so I called the number listed. I proceeded to place my order and ask for the total. The merchant said the total would be 25 dollars, including tax. I then asked if they take cash or cards. They said Apple Cash. They sent me a different number ( 646-351-9320) to send the money to and then requested a screenshot sent to the original number (619-214-8486). They then asked if I had a medicinal card, and I said no, I had an ID. They said they could only help me if I had a medicinal card and that they could give me a temporary one for an additional 20 dollars that I would be refunded. I then sent the other 20 dollars. They then requested an additional 29 dollars for delivery insurance that would be " refunded." So, I proceeded to send 29 more dollars. They then told me they were sending an agent out with my order. They then told me I needed to pay 49 dollars that would be "refunded" to get a code to get all of my money they said they would refund me. So I sent the 49 dollars because, at this time, I asked if I could cancel the order, and they told me they were unable to and they couldn't refund me without the 49 dollars due to policy. So, I proceeded to send more money. They then said we needed to pay 50 dollars, which would be refunded for the delivery fee. I paid the final 50 dollars because they said that was the last fee. They then requested another 49 dollars. I refused to pay. I then got out of the car and asked a bystander if they knew where the dispensary was, and he said it shut down and moved. I then called the number one more time, and they hung up on me. I called the police, and they recommended to file a report here.
