Description
Business claims to be a member of National Wildlife Control Operators Association but is not. They were hired to remove Bats from home within NWCOA Bat removal standards and did nothing close to what was agreed upon hiring. The only worked they performed was partial sealing of easy to reach roof areas with spray foam. Only about 15% of the areas that need sealing to prevent Bats from entering the home was addressed. The owner, NAME response to address what he failed to do was to pay him the full amount of contract for him to finish the job. I paid him over 40% of the total amount up front and he didn't provide near half the work only to demand total payment before service completion, who could trust him at that point? There are many other details I can include about my experience dealing with NAME, lack of communication, poor excuses and other seemingly questionable things about his business structure that I could include, but they would be more of a opinion I've formed. I just want to warn others of dealing with him.
