I ordered from the vendor by phone that was listed online. I was a repeat customer from some years back. She took my order, and I gave her the credit card information. The order was placed on Sept. 3rd, 24 and charged right away. It is now Oct. 1st, and I have called and texted several times asking when I should get my product. She won't return my calls or text. I discovered through the internet, that I am not the only one complaining about this business. It would seem this is a common practice with this business owner. I came across several reviews of the same issue, charged cards and no product sent. They were once a great business to work with, but those days are gone. Apparently, the daughter of the original owner has taken over her mother's business. It looks that 2021 was the last time they had good reviews. I want to support small businesses like this but not at the cost of scam, liars and fraudsters.
