Description

Global Care was hired by me to protect my computer from scans in February 2023. In June of 2024 their phone numbers ceased to connect me to techs to check my computer, On September 15, 2024 I was contacted by a Mike Smith of Global who said they would check my computer. I was referred to a Steve Johnson who took over my computer for 24 hours to check if anything was wrong. On Monday September15, 2024 that someone had approved a transfer of $21,040.28 of my money to a company in China BonHub.com. Mr Johnson arranged a call to "allegedy" Bank of America who advised I should take the money out of my account and he would direct me to a FDIC wallet for safekeeping. I went to the bank ans was connected with the Fraud department and was told I was being scammed. I opened new accounts and replaced my credit cards and want to let BBB know that Global Network Care is not a reliable computer protection company.
