Description
Reached out to them looking for nfl tickets. I purchased 3 tickets and parking for $653. Gave them my email they asked for that’s associated with my Ticketmaster account and paid via Apple Pay. They gave they excuse that the transfer of the tickets weren’t going through. I asked for refund and confirmation number and never heard from them. This happened on August 22, 2024. Neither my bank, Apple Pay, Ticketmaster nor the Philadelphia Eagles couldn’t do anything for me. I lost my money and I have been stressed out since all this occurred. I do have screenshots of their post, our conversation, and texts.
